Symptom
After update, Emergency SOS button is disappeared
and I can't turn off the function
Solution
- In accordance with concept changes for
Emergency SOS to enhance the usability, there has been disappeared Emergency
SOS button and a few things of behavior has been changed in Safety and emergency
menu.
- Emergency SOS will operate as it set by
user with options.
- And also, sending can be transmitted right
away through 'Swipe to call' button or cancelled through the 'Cancel' button.
[Concept of behavior]
- No Emergency SOS On/Off button (constant
enabling)
- Countdown On/Off button appeared (Default
: OFF)
- 'Swipe to call' action added when sending
an Emergency SOS in Countdown Off state
- Notification popup always occurring after
changing Countdown button to ON when sending an Emergency SOS, and when
selecting the notification popup, it goes to Emergency SOS settings menu.
- Sending of an SOS message is unconditional
option when pressing the side button (power button) 5 times, and it operates
as follows according to Countdown On/Off option:
- Countdown On :
Automatically sent an SOS message after countdown set
- Countdown Off :
An SOS message is sent when swiping the call icon, and automatically terminated
when leaving itself as it is.
