After update, sending an Emergency SOS does not work
No title

Question:

After updating my device, Emergency SOS doesn't work properly. What's happening?

Answer:

Due to recent concept changes for Emergency SOS, some behavioral changes have occurred in the Safety & Emergency menu. The Emergency SOS button has disappeared, but the function will still operate based on your selected options.

A new Countdown On/Off button has been added and set to 'OFF' by default. If left unchanged, Emergency SOS messages will now automatically terminate after sending.

To continuously send Emergency SOS messages, enable the Countdown feature by turning on the 'Countdown' button.

You can also send an Emergency SOS message by swiping the call icon when the Countdown button is set to 'Off,' provided you press the side (power) button five times.

Behavioral Concept:

No Emergency SOS On/Off button (always enabled).

Countdown On/Off button added (default: OFF).

'Swipe to call' action added for sending Emergency SOS with Countdown Off.

Notification pop-up appears when changing Countdown button to ON and sends an Emergency SOS message, going to the Emergency SOS settings menu upon selection.

Sending an SOS message when pressing the side (power) button 5 times is an optional setting. How it works depends on the Countdown status:

Countdown On: SOS message sent after a countdown period based on your settings.

Countdown Off: SOS message sent by swiping the call icon and automatically terminated if left alone.
