Question:

My phone does not show the call recording function, but other phones have the call recording function. Why is the function reflected differently on the same product?

Answer:

The availability of the call recording function varies depending on the country or region you are in. In some countries, particularly in Europe and some states in the United States, it is illegal to record calls without the consent of the other party. As a result, our products do not have this feature enabled in these regions.

* This feature may not be available in some Samsung Galaxy phones, country or region.
