After One UI 6.1 SW update, the Chat translation of Galaxy AI function(Android personalization service) does not work(not showing) in the Messaging apps.

If the 'Android personalization service' function is turned Off, the Chat translation of Galaxy AI function is not provided. Please turn On the 'Android personalization service' function in the settings and then restart the device. This should help avoid the problem you're currently facing.

 

* Path : Settings > Security and privacy > More privacy settings > turn On 'Android personalization service' function > then restart the phone

 

* Supported apps for Chat translation : Samsung Messages, Google Messages, KakaoTalk, WhatsApp, Instagram(DM), Google Chat, Signal, Line Messenger, Tango, +Message(app for Japan carrier)
