Question

I have found my Samsung account ID and password, but I can't proceed two-step verification because my phone number has changed.

Answer

  • You can request to change your phone number through 'Need to change your phone number' function on the Samsung account login screen.
  • Please enter your ID and password on the Samsung account website login screen, then follow the instructions to change the phone number for two-step verification.

* You can set up later through 'Set up later' button for logging in or creating account if you don't want to proceed on the Samsung account login screen for now.
