Question
The Samsung account ID is automatically filled
in on the login screen, and it prompts me to enter the password by tapping next
button. But I can't remember the password(Or I can't log in because the phone
number for two-step verification has been changed).
Answer
- If the data from a Samsung account was
restored using Smart Switch, the saved Samsung account ID will be displayed
on the login screen, and you need to re-enter your password by tapping next
button.
- If you forgot your password, please delete
the automatically entered Samsung account ID and go back to the login step
by selecting 'Back', then select 'Forgot password or don't have an account?'
at the bottom of the login screen and select 'Set up later' at the bottom
of the following screen.
