After One UI 6.1 SW update, I am unable to hear ringtones when receiving calls.

Answer

We have identified that the option to vibrate the phone along with the ringtone might not be syncing properly. You can use temporary workaround to improve the situation alternatively.

* Path:

1. Settings > Sound and vibration > turn Off 'Vibrate while ringing' option (It only appears in Sound mode)
2. Settings > Sound and vibration > Call vibration > change option from 'Sync with rington' to another option such as 'Basic call'

We are working on a SW patch to improve this situation, please update with the latest SW version when it is available.
