- If the predicted period date has passed,
'Period late by days' is displayed, and a new period date must be added
to resume cycle prediction.
- If the period prediction information is
not displayed even though it is not delayed, please send the screenshots
of the problem and the log data for accurate problem analysis and resolution.

- Samsung Health > "More" in the
top right > Settings > Contact us > Error reports > Check "Send
system log data" > Send
