 Question
Adaptor is overheating while charging.

Answer
    - Chargers get hot under load especially
when a lot of power is being drawn (e.g. when charging a phone/tablet battery
from empty 0% to 100% or when fast charging). This is normal.

    - It's getting hot because it's small and
using 25W of power. There's no large heat sink on it to disperse the heat,
or a cooling fan which leads to the adapter overheating while charging.

    - This is within specifications and not
    a defect.

Additional steps to try to identify or fix
the issue:
    - Try using a different power socket.

    - Try using different cables / cable received
    in the box.
