 Question
Gallery/My Files apps are forced closing while
running or using(scrolling, entering albums or folders, viewing photos).
Answer
    - It has been identified that if certain
types of photos(some '.heic' extension) taken with other manufacturer's
phones are copied to a Galaxy phone through a PC or received from messaging
apps, and stored on the Galaxy phone, the Gallery and My Files apps may
    not work properly.

    - For specific types of photos copied or
saved from messaging apps to a Galaxy phone recently, it can be improved
the phenomenon by editing and converting the photos into other format types(.jpg,
etc.) or moving and saving them to separate storage spaces such as PC or
external storage, and then deleting(moving to Trash/Recycle bin) those photos
from the Galaxy phone through 'Google Photos' app. Or you can view the photos
(causing the phenomenon in the Gallery and My Files apps) through the Google
    Photos app instead.

NOTE:- If there are photos causing the
phenomenon in your Galaxy phone, the Gallery and My Files apps may not work
properly.
