Gallery/My Files apps force closing while running or using(scrolling, entering albums or folders, viewing photos).

Answer

• It has been identified that if certain types of photos(some file extension) are copied to a Galaxy phone through a PC or received from messaging apps, and then stored on the Galaxy phone, the Gallery and My Files apps might not work properly.
   
• We are currently working on an update version of Gallery/My Files app to improve this situation, so please make sure to keep your device's app version up to date. Or you also can access and view the photos through the Google 'Photos' app instead in the meantime.
