My cards issued by Visa in India are not working on Samsung Wallet app.


Answer

  • In order to use existing cards already registered, please first update the Samsung Wallet app to the latest version, and then you can use 'migration' button on the selected cards screen to use the existing cards.

Samsung Wallet app new version :

  • For mobile devices : v5.8.05 (released from Oct 7th)
     
  • For Watch devices : under checking (from Oct 23rd, TBD)
