 Question 
Q1) After updating One UI 6.1.1 SW version, 
further progress to the next step can�t be made but only displayed with white 
screen when entering the Samsung account Terms & Conditions agreement screen(while 
in Set up Wizard or through other menu path) 
Q2) After updating One UI 6.1.1 SW version, 
it can't move to the next step from Galaxy AI welcome page during Set up Wizard. 
 Answer 
    - We have identified that there might be 
    occurred an error while progressing related to the terms & conditions 
    agreement on the Samsung account policies updated step, or while progressing 
    moving to the next page from the Galaxy AI welcome page because of the server 
    issue.
   
    - You can try temporary workaround to resolve 
    the situation by exiting the problem screen and retry through the following 
    methods.
 
 
  
How to guide 
1) Remove the Sim card and turn off both mobile 
data network and Wi-Fi connections on your phone. Then attempt retrying the 
process. (If not possible to turn off the Wi-Fi, you can try to turn off the 
Wi-Fi router, or stay away from the Wi-Fi reachable area) 
  
2) Enter power off mode(pressing and holding 
Volume down button + Side button for 3 secs) > tap Power off button > 
touch and hold Power off button to see Safe mode > tap Safe mode to restart 
the device and disconnect from both mobile data network and Wi-Fi connections 
on your phone. Then attempt retrying the process. 
  
3) Enter power off mode(pressing and holding 
Volume down button + Side button for 3 secs) > tap Power off button > 
touch and hold Power off button to see Safe mode > tap Safe mode to restart 
the device. Then restart the device as a normal mode. Then attempt retrying 
the process.
