I can't access to the settings menu to terminate the Maintenance mode. What should I do?

 

Answer

  • We have identified that there is occurring an issue not to access to the Settings menu to terminate the Maintenance mode after updating the One UI 6.1.1.
     
  • In case you can't access to the Settings or Device care menu, you can access to the menu directly by searching for 'Device care' or 'Maintenance mode' on the app screen search bar. Then you can enter the Maintenance mode to terminate it.
