After updating the SmartThings app, my phone
keeps restarting.

that the phenomenon is being caused by a repeated restarting originating from
the SmartThings app. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you have experienced any inconvenience,
please visit your nearest Samsung service center for further assistance in order
to receive an appropriate solution for the problem.
Samsung will provide a One-time Warranty Allownace
for this repair,
OW models affected:
- Galaxy S10 series,
- Galaxy Note 10 series,
- Galaxy Fold,
- Galaxy Tab S6,
- Galaxy A02/A21/A31/A41/A42/A90
Note: Models affected are rebooting. Customer
cannot back up data prior to service.

data.
Important: Samsung service
center will make every effort possible to avoid erasing data from your device,
however, certain repairs will require a complete factory reset of the device.
We strongly recommend customers to back up the device data before sending the
device toservice center.
