It doesn't load devices already registered and just is showing a blank page on the SmartThings app.

Answer

We have identified that there may occur an error of not working loading process because of a certain conditions. There has been already released update patch of SmartThings app(v1.8.21.28) since end of October. Please make sure to keep your device's app version up to date through Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.
