Symptom

Water does not fill / Only hot water is coming out / Hot water is coming instead of cold (Error 4C)

Solution

If the water does not fill, or if the washer is always using hot water, too hot or only using hot water instead of cold, please check the following:
 

1)  Ensure all the water hoses are connected. - Both the hot and cold hoses should be connected.

2)  Ensure both the hot and cold valves are opened.

3)  Make sure the hot and cold water hoses are not reversed. - Reconnect the hoses appropriately.

4)  Is the screw holding the drain hose removed? - Make sure the screw is fastened tight.

5)  Make sure the hoses are not clogged or kinked.
