Washer drum/tub is not spinning. (UR/UB code)

Solution

If the drum is not spinning, please check the following:
 

1)  Check the load size - Ensure the proper amount of laundry is in the tub, do not overload. Do not wash rugs or mats in the washer.

2)  Make sure the washer is sitting level to the ground. Do not place anything between the floor and the washer legs. - Make sure the tub is centered by looking at the gap.
