Case 1) Yes, It is possible. But, service will be limited to the options available in the country where you request service. And the availability of the service may vary by country, device model and date to purchased service.

The Foldable models (Z series) cannot receive emergency repairs due to the parts supply schedule. Therefore, the repair period may be extended compared to when you get repair services from the country where you signed up.
