After updating One UI 7, Samsung DeX for PC does not work when connecting the phone to PC.

Answer

Starting from the One UI 7, the PC connection experience of Samsung DeX is changed. DeX for PC (DFP) is no longer supported on Galaxy devices running One UI 7 or later. Instead, you can use Link to Windows to wirelessly make calls, reply to texts, and access certain apps directly from your Windows PC. This feature provides a seamless way to stay connected across your devices.
 

The connection function between phone with One UI 7 or later and PC is provided through the following features.

•  Phone : Link to Windows (Settings > Connected devices)
   
• PC : Phone Link

Dex for PC is still available for those devices using earlier version than One UI 7, however, please be noted that technical support will no longer be provided.

Note: The following features previously available on Samsung DeX are not supported with Link to Windows.

• Android desktop screen on PC screen
