Water Is Not Hot Enough

Solution

1.  Normal Cycle:

If Normal cycle has been used, then there is nothing wrong with the washer.

Normal cycle is a special automatic cycle; it's an economic cycle and designed to save energy by using lower water temperature to wash.

The maximum water temperature is 29 C, even with extra hot setting.

2.  Other Cycles:

In order to prevent damages to the laundry, the highest temperature reaches maximum 135 F (57 C)

Normally, the water temperature is hotter mid cycle, not at the beginning nor the end of the cycle.

Please look for the "Cycle Chart" in the user manual to advise customer which cycle to select for hot water wash, see pictures below.

While the washing machine fills, the water temperature may change as the automatic temperature control feature checks incoming water temperature.

While the washing machine fills, you may notice just hot or just cold water going through the dispenser when cold or hot temperatures are selected.

This is a normal function of the automatic temperature control feature as the washing machine determines the required water temperature.

NOTE:

The temperature range for Hot water is 135   F (57   C) and for Cold water 68 F (20   C)

Wash water temperature must be a minimum of 60   F (16   C) for detergent activation and effective cleaning.
