Question

Can I get overseas product repair or SC+ service for products purchased in other countries?

Answer

You can get repair service and SC+ service for overseas product in countries other than where you originally purchased the device or signed up for SC+. Product repair and SC+ service is primarily provided in the country where the product was originally purchased or signed up. However, for customer convenience, it may also be provided for the overseas product if required parts are available in the service center.

Depending on the case, you may be charged for repair, and the repair time may be longer or impossible to repair than your own country.

Detailed costs and estimated repair times can be found at the Samsung Authorized Service Center where you want to receive the service.
