Question Can I get a warranty service in a country other than the country where I purchased this product?
* Check first the country of purchasing and service available for the customer using below table, please let the customer know if the service in the country where he/she wants to get is available.
CASE A1 : You can not get warranty for this case. But you could get the service by paying the repair cost. (*excluding in Japan) Normally Samsung limits service to the country where the product was first sold, and you can contact a Samsung authorized service center to check whether it can be repaired at such service center.
CASE A2 : You can get warranty for your product. But, normally Samsung limits service to the country where the product was first sold, and you can contact a Samsung authorized service center to check whether it can be repaired at such service center.
