There is a serious issue with my product purchased 
abroad. Can I take a exchange or refund for the product?   (Expected 
cases: severe defects occurring within a few days/weeks of purchase, repeated 
occurrence of the same defect n times) 
  
Answer 
Exchanges/refunds are only available in the 
country where you originally purchased, it can't support exchanges/refunds in
