[Overseas product repair & SC+ service coverage]

- A one-year(12 months) warranty period for overseas product repair service is provided from the purchase date of the product.

- Overseas product repair is provided in all countries excluding some regions, and Global SC+ service is provided in 55 countries*.

- Overseas product repair supports only repair service and does NOT support exchange or refund. For exchange or refund, customers need to seek assistance from the original country where the product was purchased.

- The availability and supported models for Overseas product repair and Global SC+ service are as follows.

 * However, BER(Beyond Economic Repair, when the total repair cost exceeds 80% of device value), EW(Extended Warranty), Theft, Loss, Swap, Cosmetic Damage, and Battery exchange only 

are excluded from the service coverage

Service availability

Under the circumstance where there are available service parts for repair in the service center of the country.

In case of no available parts, it takes time to prepare service availability. 

(For this availability limitation should be notified to customers before providing)

Phones, Tablets, Wearable products launched since 2023

* Non-repairable products and accessories are not supported

Phones that SC+ is activated 

      1) after Jul '24 for the 1st phase countries(32 countries)

      2) after Jan '25 for the 2nd phase countries(23 countries, blue marked)

*The availability and supported models may vary by country and internal policy
