- A one-year(12 months) warranty period for
overseas product repair service is provided from the purchase date of the product.
- Overseas product repair is provided in all
countries excluding some regions, and Global SC+ service is provided in 55 countries*.
- Overseas product repair supports only repair
service and does NOT support exchange or refund. For exchange or refund, customers
need to seek assistance from the original country where the product was purchased.
