Problem 1:
Too Cold Inside the Fridge
Solution 1:
Check Fridge
Ensure the fridge temperature is not set too
low. Consult user manual for recommended temperature.
Verify Power Cool and/or Power Freeze settings
are turned off, as they might make some compartments colder than set temperature.
Confirm that the room temperature where the
refrigerator is placed is above 10C (50F), as excessively cold rooms can cause
overcooling.
Do not store items like fruits and vegetables
directly in front of vents, bottom, or back of the fridge; use designated drawers
to avoid freezing.
If issue persists after following these steps,
service is required.
Problem 2:
Too Cold Inside the Freezer
Solution 2:
Check Freezer
Check for ice in the ice maker, as a full ice
bucket lowers the freezer temperature. Once full, the freezer returns to set
temperature.
If no water line is connected, turn off the
ice maker to prevent overcooling and ice maker damage.
If issue persists after following these steps,
service is required.
