Issue with Display

PROBLEM:

Display is Fuzzy, Gray, Faded, Colored Strange, or Dark

Answer:

Step 1: Activate HRM (Customers Only)

Go to Settings on your Family Hub

Scroll down to Remote Management

Tap Activate and wait for server connection

Provide the displayed PIN Code to the Agent

 

Step 2: Agent checks for error codes (Agents Only)

Check the Search Error tab for existing error codes; if present, service is needed

In the Self Diagnosis tab, run a self-diagnosis test

Review the results with the customer; if HRM indicates service is needed, schedule it
