PROBLEM 1: Refrigerator Does Not Sound Like It Is Running
FIRST ACTIVATE HRM (CUSTOMERS ONLY)
Please do the following to set up HRM on your Family Hub:
- On your Family Hub, please navigate to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and then touch Remote Management.
- Please touch Activate, and then please wait for the server to connect.
- The PIN Code will be shown on your screen.
- Give the PIN Number to the Agent.

SOLUTION 1: Check Cooling Off and Vacation Mode
When the customer has set up HRM and given you the code, do the following:
- Use HRM to verify Cooling Off is disabled on the customer's fridge.
- Use HRM to verify if Vacation mode is set on the customer's fridge. If it is, explain to the customer how to shut it off.
- If this does not resolve the issue, verify if any other issues are being experienced (such as a cooling issue) and perform troubleshooting as needed.
