PROBLEM:

Only water comes out when trying to dispense ice from the refrigerator.

SOLUTION:

Ensure ice is selected (check for correct type: cube or crushed).

Verify water is not accidentally selected.

Check for proper wiring harness connections at the top of the left door (use a Phillips head screwdriver and step stool if needed).

Disconnect and reconnect the wiring harness to ensure a solid connection.

Reassemble the door hinge cover and screws.

Confirm there is ice available for dispensing; if no ice is present, refer to the "Ice Maker is Not Working" guide.
