How to register a product in the Samsung account page

SOLUTION :

Note: You must be signed into your Samsung account to register a product.

1. To register a new product, first sign into your Samsung account, and then select the My Menu icon in the top right (it looks like a person).

2. Select Samsung account.

3. Select NEW PRODUCT REGISTRATION.

4. Enter your product's model number, and then select LOOK FOR YOUR PRODUCT.

5. Use the drop-down menu to find your specific product.

6. Next, scroll down and then enter the product's information. This includes the IMEI/Serial Number, Purchase Date, Store Name, Store Location, and Carrier Name.

7. Select the check box if you'd like to receive information about new products, offers, and promotional merchandise.

8. Select SUBMIT.
