Question:

What should I do if my LED TV shows a white screen instead of a picture?

Answer:

If the screen on your LED is all white and does not display a picture, your TV may need to be serviced. To determine whether the issue is caused by your TV or your connected device (DVD Player, Cable Box, Game Console, etc...), follow these steps:

  1. Turn your TV on.
  2. After the white screen appears, press MENU on the TV remote or on the TV itself.
    • If you can see the menu, there is a problem with your connected device (DVD Player, Cable Box, Game Console, etc...) . Contact the manufacturer of the connected device to resolve the issue.
    • If you cannot see the menu, there is a problem with your TV and it needs to be repaired. To begin the service process, click the Create online service request button below.
