Method 1: Using The Buttons On The TV

Question:

How do I remove my TV from Store Mode?

Answer:

To remove your TV from Store Mode, follow these steps:

Press the Volume button on the side panel of your TV or on the remote. A volume circle will briefly appear on the screen.

While the volume circle is displayed, press the MENU button on the side panel of your TV for approximately seven seconds. Hold the button until the menu appears and then disappears. (Note: Use the MENU button on the TV, not the remote.)

Check if Home Mode is displayed on the screen. If so, your TV has successfully been removed from Store Mode.

For confirmation, press the INFO button on your remote control. If "Store Mode" is no longer displayed when pressing the info button, then the TV is out of Store mode.
