How to check if the picture color issue on the TV is due to a picture setting?

 

Answer:

There are many settings in the TV that can change the color. Follow the steps below to determine if the picture color is caused by a TV picture setting;

  1. Change the picture mode to "Standard". For instructions click here to see "How To Change The Picture Mode" in the guide.
    • If the picture problem is resolved then the color problem was caused by a setting in the original picture mode.
    • If you are already set to "Standard" or the problem was not resolved continue to Step 2.
  1. Reset the picture mode to factory default. For instructions click here to see "Resetting The Picture Mode To The Factory Setting".
    • If the picture problem was resolved the color problem was caused by a setting in the picture mode.

Factory default: The pre-set configuration of the device when it leaves the factory, usually serving as a baseline for optimal performance without user modifications.
