How to connect my HD Box to my TV using Component AV cables?

 

Answer:

To connect your HD Box to your TV using Component AV cables, follow these steps:

  1. Connect one end of the Component AV cables to the Component video and audio OUT on you HD box. (Use green, blue, and red for video and the other red and white connections for audio left and right)
  2. Connect the other end of the Component AV cables to the Component video and audio IN on the TV.

    3. Important: Match the color of the Component cables to the colors on the Component input, being careful not to mix the 2 red connections.

  1. Press SOURCE button on the TV's remote control one or more times until you have selected the COMPONENT input.
