How
to handle Samsung TV error codes?
Answer:
There
are some error codes that may appear on a customer's TV, usually when using the network
functions on their TV. An error Code will look like this;

Important:
If the error code does not appear in a box like in the image above, or is on
listed in the chart below, it is possible that the error message is not
from the TV but the connected external device;
- Have
the customer take a picture and send it to, casv15@samsung.com
- Have
the customer contact their external devices manufacturer for further
assistance.
If
the error code is generated by the TV, not an external device, it should look
something like the above image. It will be in a box that resembles the same
menu style that the TV uses. Below you will find a chart with the most common
error codes, what they indicate, and possible solutions.
