Subject: Set-Top-Box

Answer:

Samsung does not offer support for operating your set-top-box. However, most set-top-boxes typically manage the following features:

Channel Control

Closed Captioning / CC

Secondary Audio Programming / SAP

Aspect Ratio (including Black Bars, Zoomed Picture, and Stretched)

Channel List / Guide functions

Picture-in-Picture / PIP - this may also be a TV function depending on your setup; many DVR boxes include the PIP function by default.

For assistance with these or any other channel functions, please reach out to your service provider.
