Question:
My
RF Remote Is Not Working Properly
Answer:
Start
by replacing the batteries in your remote.
- Open the battery
compartment on the back of your remote and remove both of the batteries.

- Properly insert a
new set of batteries.
- If your remote is
working properly after the last step, your previous batteries are dead.
- If your remote
is not working properly after the last step, continue to Remote Reset And Pairing.
Remote Reset And Pairing
To reset and pair your
remote, please follow these steps:
- Press the [Reset]
button on your remote with an object like a toothpick or pen.

- Turn off your TV
by touching the [Power] button on the bottom, middle bezel of the TV. The
reset is now complete.
- Press the [Pairing]
button on your remote, and using the [Power] button on the TV, turn on your
TV within 30 seconds.

- If the remote
beeps, pairing is complete.
- If the remote
does not beep, try the previous steps again.
Important:
If
after replacing the batteries and resetting and pairing your remote at
least twice, the remote control is not working, and is
still under the manufactures warranty, click on the service request button
and request a replacement remote.
If
you
are not under the manufactures warranty, click here to visit

new remote.
