Follow these steps to reset the touch remote to its default settings:

 

The process for resetting the remote back to factory defaults is very simple. Just follow the steps below.

Important: Resetting the remote will clear all saved settings on the remote and these cannot be recovered.

Any saved macros, remote controls, Learned commands, network settings, etc. will be erased.

Tip: If you would also like to reset your TV back to factory defaults, this should be done before resetting the remote so the on-screen pairing instructions will appear on the TV.

  1. Tap the Services Tab.

  1. Tap the Settings Icon in the lower right corner.

  1. Tap 'Remote Settings'.

  1. Use your finger to scroll down and tap 'Initialization'.

  1. You will need to confirm that you would like to reset the touch remote, tap Ok.
  2. The remote will turn off. When the remote turns on it will be back to its original state.
