How do I reset my LED TV's picture and sound to factory settings?

 

Answer:

On your remote control, navigate to the menu button.

Select 'Picture' from the options.

Choose one of the automatic picture modes (e.g., Dynamic, Standard, Movie).

Press the 'Reset' option to restore that specific mode to its factory default settings.

Repeat steps 3-4 for each additional automatic picture mode you wish to reset.

Navigate back to the main menu and select 'Sound'.

Choose the desired sound mode.

Press the 'Reset' option to restore that specific sound mode to its factory default settings.

Repeat steps 7-8 for each additional sound mode you wish to reset.

 

Terms:

 

Automatic picture modes - Different pre-set visual styles for the TV display (Dynamic, Standard, Movie, etc.)

Color, Tint, Contrast - Adjustments to the appearance of the image on the screen (red, green, blue; balance between colors; brightness difference between dark and light)
