    Answer: 
     
    PIP 
    stands for Picture-In-Picture, and it allows you to display two pictures 
    simultaneously - a main picture and a smaller sub-picture within the main 
    screen. However, this feature is only available when your TV is connected 
    through Component, HDMI, or PC sources, and after performing a channel scan. 
    Note that your TV has a single tuner PIP, meaning it can only decode one 
    cable or air signal for the sub-picture window. To watch two different cable 
    broadcasts, you'll need a set-top-box and an additional coax cable connection 
    or antenna.
