Subject:  Base Color Does Not Match Front Cover

Some customers have stated that they received the wrong stand for their TV based on the color of the stand.

The 2011 LED series 5500, 6000, and 6050 have TOC color combinations as follows.

Bezel

Stand

Red TOC

Dark Brown TOC

Red TOC

Dark Brown TOC

Red TOC

Dark Brown TOC

Based on the lighting of the room the customer may see the stand as a different color.

2011 Stand Bright Light, TOC Visible

Solution:

Explain to the customer that this is part of Samsungs new Stylish design and the stand recieved is the correct stand for that model.

Do not NCP and new stand for the customer.
