Question:

What should I do if my LED TV shows a white screen instead of an image?

Answer:

If your LED TV displays a completely white screen without any picture, it might require servicing. Follow these steps to figure out if the issue lies with your TV or the connected device (such as a DVD player, cable box, or game console):

Turn on your TV.

Once the white screen appears, press the MENU button on the TV remote or the TV itself.

If you can see the menu, the problem is with your connected device (DVD Player, Cable Box, Game Console, etc.). Please contact the manufacturer of the connected device for assistance in resolving the issue.

If you cannot see the menu, there is an issue with your TV that requires repair. To start the service process, click the "Create online service request" button provided.
