Answer:

Instruct the customer to update the firmware on their TV using one of the following methods:

 

Network Method:

On the remote control, press the HOME button.

Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update > Network.

Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the latest firmware.

USB Thumb Drive:

Download the firmware file from the manufacturer's website (SAP).

Save the file onto a USB thumb drive.

Insert the USB thumb drive into the TV's USB port.

On the remote control, press the HOME button.

Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update > USB.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest firmware.

Email from SAP:

Check the email provided by SAP for firmware updates.
