I Now Hear The Audio

Question:

Why can't I hear audio from my TV when it's connected to another device?

What should I do if I'm experiencing low audio issues?

How can I get more support for my television?

Answer:

If you can now hear the audio from the connected device, then your volume was set too low on your TV. Adjust the volume on your TV to increase the sound. (TV = Television)

If you are experiencing a problem where you can hear the audio but it is low, click here for further troubleshooting steps. Alternatively, try increasing the volume on your TV or the connected device. (Troubleshooting = Solving small problems; Volume = How loud something sounds)
