How Do I Program in Digital TV Stations?
Cyber

Question:

How to properly adjust my antenna and perform necessary steps to receive digital over-the-air stations on my television?

Answer:

Determine the type of antenna you are using and locate each digital over-the-air broadcaster in your area.

Adjust the direction of your antenna according to the position of the digital broadcasters.

Remember that you won't be able to view digital stations immediately.

Run the auto program (channel memorization process) feature on your TV's tuner to map over-the-air digital channels.

If you change your antenna's direction to receive additional digital channels, repeat the auto channel memorization process to map them into your TV's tuner.

Note that manual addition of digital stations isn't possible due to their mapping requirement; use auto channel memorization instead.

Some multi-directional antennas might eliminate the need for frequent antenna adjustments and re-running the auto channel memorization process.
