Method 1: Using The Buttons On The TV

Question:

How to remove my TV from Store Mode?

Answer:

Press the Volume button on the side panel of your TV or on the remote.

Wait for the volume circle to briefly appear on the screen.

While the volume circle is still displayed, press the MENU button on the side panel of your TV (not on the remote) for approximately seven seconds.

Observe the menu disappearing while holding the button.

Check if Home Mode appears on the screen, indicating successful removal from Shop Mode.

Confirm by pressing the INFO button on your remote; if "Store Mode" no longer displays, your TV is successfully out of Store Mode.

If the above steps fail, follow Method 2 for further instructions.
