Closed Captioning (CC) is a feature designed to show
text on your television screen. This text can provide additional information,
interpretation, or transcription for the audio dialogue of a program including
non-speech elements. The CC feature recieves the CC signal from the broadcaster
or program. If there is no CC signal the TV will not display closed captioning
even if the feature is turned on.
To turn on the CC feature follow these steps.

         - With your TV turned on press the MENU button to open the
        Main Menu.
