Ordering a New Remote

Question:

What should I do if my Samsung remote control isn't working?

Answer:

First, check the batteries to make sure they're properly installed and charged.

Next, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries and pressing all buttons for 30 seconds before reinstalling the batteries.

Ensure the device you're trying to control is turned on and within range of the remote.

If none of these solutions work, you'll likely need to replace the remote.

Order a genuine Samsung remote from J&J International, our authorized parts distributor, either online or by calling 1-800-627-4368.

If the remote is no longer available through J&J International, search for it on the internet using the remote's model number.

If your remote is still under warranty (within one year of purchase), contact Samsung Customer Care at 1-800-726-7864 (1-800-SAMSUNG) for a replacement, providing your model and serial numbers when prompted.
