Answer:

If you need to reset the bluetooth connection between your TV and remote you will need to clear the bluetooth pairing information in the TV and Remote. This is a two step process.

Clearing the TV

1. Using the Standard Remote side of the remote aim the remote at the TV
2. Press Mute, 0, Mute, 0

3. The TV's pairing information has been cleared

Clearing the Remote

1. Press and hold the @ and ← (Del) buttons.

2. Continue to hold these buttons until the message "RESET" appears on the remote screen.

3. We recommend waiting 2 minutes between each pairing attempt.
