To see the firmware version on your TV, follow these steps:

1. With your TV powered on press the MENU button on your TV’s remote control.
2. Use the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select the Support section of the menu, and then press ENTER.



Note: The different sections of the menu are displayed on the left side of the screen and sideways.

3. Use the ▲ or ▼ arrow to select “Contact Samsung”, and then press ENTER.

4. Information about contacting Samsung will appear on the screen. The current firmware version will be displayed on this page also.
